Charleston Fishing Charters with Captain Ernie Diloreti

Captain Ernie Diloreti is a licensed and fully insured USCG 50-Ton Master Captain with 40 years of offshore fishing experience - the last 21 years fishing out of Charleston, SC. In the 70s and 80s, he targeted giant bluefin tuna and monster sharks in the waters off of Cape Cod, Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket.

Since moving to the Charleston area in 1990, he has focused on catching tuna, king mackeral, dolphin, wahoo and sailfish on the South Carolina coast. Ernie is an accomplished tournament fisherman with many wins and top ten finishes in local and professional king mackerel events. He has been a member of Southern Kingfish Association since 1995. Captain Ernie has lived in Mount Pleasant, SC, outside Charleston, since 1990.

ABOUT DONNA'S WORRY

Donna's Worry is a 31’ Contender, Center Console, with Twin 250 Yamaha 4 Stroke Engines. Contender performance boats will get you to the fishing grounds fast with a stable ride. The boat is setup for four anglers, but can accommodate more. Donna's Worry is equipped with all USCG required safety equipment, including:

  • Emergency Position Indicating Radio Beacon (EPIRB)
  • Radar, Chartplotter, GPS
  • VHF Radio
  • Lifejackets
  • Fire Extinguishers
